Shipping policy

Shipping is 100% Free Nationwide for any items over R2500, available only in South Africa only, shipping rates to other countries will be calculated separately, please contact us at sales@helloquality.co.za for more info.

Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the following working day provided that payment has reflected. Should the product not be in stock we will be in contact with you to advise when stock will be available.

We use the Courier Guy for all our pickup and drop off service

International Shipping & Duties — United States

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Hello Quality Equestrian ships internationally from South Africa. All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand).

United States: Orders under $800 USD are typically duty-free under the US de minimis threshold. Orders above $800 may be subject to import duties assessed by US Customs.

European Union: Import VAT and customs duties apply to orders above €150. These are calculated at the point of entry and are the buyer's responsibility.

United Kingdom: Import VAT (20%) applies to all orders above £135. Customs duties may also apply depending on product classification.

We provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes with all shipments to ensure smooth customs clearance. We do not mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue declarations.
