Shipping policy

Shipping is 100% Free Nationwide for any items over R2000, available only in South Africa only, shipping rates to other countries will be calculated separately, please contact us at sales@helloquality.co.za for more info.

Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the following working day provided that payment has reflected. Should the product not be in stock we will be in contact with you to advise when stock will be available.

We use the Courier Guy for all our pick up and drop offs or Postnet counter-to-counter service for people in remote areas e..g farms.
