Custom boots are built around your individual measurements and requirements. Made-to-order products follow the specifications and options shown on the relevant product page. We confirm which process applies before your order is finalised.
What if I have a wide calf or unusual leg shape?
That is exactly the kind of fit concern worth discussing before you order. Send us your measurements and the style you are considering so we can advise you accurately.
How long will my custom order take?
Fully custom boots average 6 weeks. We confirm the expected timing before you place your order and will discuss any date-sensitive requirement during consultation.
Can I order from outside South Africa?
Yes, international enquiries are welcome. We confirm shipping, customs and any customer responsibilities for your destination before dispatch.
Can you repair or alter my boots later?

What is the return position for custom boots?
Custom and made-to-order footwear is produced to agreed specifications, so change-of-mind returns may not be available. Defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different goods remain subject to applicable consumer rights. Ask us for the applicable returns information before ordering.
