Hello Quality Equestrian was founded in 2014 with a single belief: that every rider deserves boots that fit perfectly, perform beautifully, and last a lifetime. We are a South African, family-owned business — and every pair of boots that leaves our workshop carries that personal commitment.
We work exclusively with premium full-grain leather — the highest grade available. Unlike corrected-grain or bonded leather, full-grain leather develops a rich patina over time, moulds to your foot, and becomes more beautiful with every ride.

What if the boots don't fit?
We check every measurement submission before production begins. If there is a fit issue due to a measurement error on our part, we will correct it. Our team is also available before you order to help you measure correctly — just WhatsApp us.
I have a wide calf / unusual leg shape. Can you help?
Absolutely — this is exactly what custom boots are for. We build for every leg shape and size. Wide calves, slim calves, muscular legs, high arches — tell us your measurements and we'll build accordingly.
How long will my order take?
Every pair is handcrafted after your order is placed. Please contact us for current lead times — we'll give you an accurate estimate at the time of your consultation.
Can my boots be repaired or altered later?
Yes. We offer repairs and alterations on all HQE boots. Full-grain leather boots are designed to be resoled and maintained — this is a long-term investment, not a disposable product. View our repair services →
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers order online or via WhatsApp, measure at home using our guide, and receive their boots by courier. We have delivered to customers across Europe, the UK, Australia, and beyond.
